Kym’s career began in her hometown outside of Rochester, NY in 1996. Obtaining a license in Real Estate to gain further knowledge and understanding for her clients and a license in Loan Originating, Kym is now a proud 20-year veteran of the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry! She enjoys the unique challenges of financing mixed-use properties and residential homes and is a firm believer of “Information is Free!” and “Knowledge is Power!”

In 1999, Kym moved to Maryland and decided to focus on raising her family. Kym is the proud Mom of 5 boys, and now a Grandson. She was very involved with their activities, her church and the community during those years. Kym is still very active in the local Frederick Community in multiple capacities and enjoys participating in various volunteer opportunities.

Upon her return to the mortgage industry, Kym has helped hundreds of individuals and families reach their dream of home-ownership.
